About the Site

puentepacificocr.com (the “Site”) is run by Lillys de la Selva, SRL (“we,” “us”). It describes Puente Pacifico, a private home in Nosara, Costa Rica. The Site is for information only. By using the Site, you accept this Disclaimer. If you do not accept it, please do not use the Site.

No offer

Nothing on the Site is an offer, a promise, or a reservation of a stay. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or lease any property, or a request for an offer. Any stay, and any discussion about property, is confirmed only in a separate written agreement signed by both sides. That written agreement controls over anything on the Site. We are not real estate brokers or agents, and nothing on the Site is real estate, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Private pages

Some pages are open only to guests we invite. Access is personal to you. Please do not share your sign in link, forward the content, or copy the photos from the private pages. We may change or end access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Using the Site

Please do not:

Try to get into private pages, data, or systems you were not invited to
Copy, scrape, or download the Site’s content in bulk, by hand or with automated tools
Interfere with the Site’s security, spam protection, or normal operation
Use the Site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful code

Accuracy

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not promise it is complete or free of errors. Photos show the home as it was when they were taken. Furnishings, amenities, equipment, and services may change. Walking times and distances are approximate. Nearby businesses open, close, and change hours without notice. Descriptions are general and are not a guarantee of any feature.

Features and activities

Some features of a home carry risk, including water features, outdoor areas, and any vehicles. Use of any of them is at your own risk and is subject to the separate written agreement for your stay. Any use of a vehicle must follow Costa Rican law, including any license and safety gear rules, and may require separate terms. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water.

Nosara and travel

Nosara is a natural setting. Ocean conditions change fast, rip currents are common, and lifeguards may not be on duty. Wildlife, insects, heat, heavy rain, roads, and power or internet outages are part of life there. You are responsible for your own safety, travel documents, health precautions, and travel insurance. Information on the Site is not safety, medical, or travel advice.

Third parties and links

Any services offered during a stay are provided by independent service providers. Recommendations are a courtesy, not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their services, prices, or conduct. Links to other websites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Ownership

The text, photos, illustrations, and design of the Site belong to us or to the people who made them, and are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and other laws. Please do not copy, republish, or use them without our written permission. If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, email moc.rcocificapetneup@aloh with the details and we will review it promptly.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful code.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Indemnity

If you misuse the Site or break this Disclaimer, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.

Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. If something on the Site is hard to use, email moc.rcocificapetneup@aloh and we will help and work to fix it.

Governing law and disputes

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are heard in the courts of Costa Rica, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

General

If any part of this Disclaimer is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part, we have not waived it. This Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy are the full terms for using the Site. A separate written agreement governs any stay.

Changes

We may update this Disclaimer. The effective date above shows the latest version.
